Great use of natural light with roof windows and deep bulkheads to incorporate the concealed gutters and structural steel framing. A real challenge that was overcome with collaboration.

Saw tooth or concealed stringers with overhung tread and risers in NSW spotted gum under lined with spotted gum boards to really create a luxury feel and simple center focal point in the stair gallery.

The Jewel in the crown with an amazing centrepiece bath tub, his and her open rain head showers, stone look tiles, minimal toilets and wall hung ravine finish cabinetry to soften the design. The real ambience comes to life with the LED strip lighting throughout.

The Brief

To create homes of distinction that demand street presence but incorporate within the neighbourhood character. Maximise passive design techniques for air flow and lighting due the perspective of the block and create centrepiece bathrooms. Provide a smart space to integrate the kitchen, dining, living and entertaining areas for the true entertainers home.
